LONG EXPERIENCE
For over 40 years, “Gloria” sewing factory has been producing a wide range of modern and high-quality clothing. Coats, jackets with bubble inserts, shirts, clothes for motorcyclists and skiers, etc.
QUALITY CONTROL
A three-level quality control system is introduced in our factory. 1-st quality is immediately checked in the production line. 2nd is the quality control of the finished product at the end of the line. And the third is the quality control of ready-made products before packaging in the warehouse. All of this allows us to produce almost Flawless 100% quality products.
LABORATORY OF MODELLING AND DESIGN OF CLOTHES
Our factory has a special laboratory, where the quality of all materials and accessories is controlled. We do not use unverified materials. In the laboratory we produce pre-production samples, once again we check the quality and size of the sample, and then send it to the workshop for mass production.
GENERAL TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES
We carry out a full cycle of clothing production: modeling, sewing, embroidery, laser cutting of micro parts, as well as delivery of ready-made products by our own vehicles up to the customer’s warehouse.
LOGISTICS
Our products are sold in Germany, Italy, France, and Russia. From our factory to Italy we ship the finished product in 5 days, to Germany in 6 days, and Russia in 3 days. We have perennial experience of timely and quality transportation of the finished product to European countries: Germany, Italy, France and so on.
