The production of any high-quality clothes is mainly related to the quality of the material used in the production. Any material that accesses our factory before entering production goes through quality assurance in the production laboratory.
Highly qualified sewing technicians, modelers, and designers work in the laboratory, who first check the quality of the material and then, selecting the best quality materials for the products according to customer requirements, prepare pre-production samples, agree with the customer and only then permit mass production.
In the production process, highly qualified specialists also perform the compliance of manufacturing of the models, developed by them, with the etalon of the laboratory.
The laboratory is equipped with a computerized automated designing system (System Automated Projection – (SAPR) ) and with an automatic preparation system of design drawings and embroidery software.
